We foster the dialogue the whole year round.

The Receptions are gatherings of our partner companies and former Leaders of Tomorrow in the region. They serve as a platform to facilitate a conversation in relation to the topic of the respective St. Gallen Symposium throughout the year. Please note that the attendance for selected additional members of the community is by invitation only.

EcoOst St. Gallen Symposium

Wir freuen uns alle Freunde des St. Gallen Symposium so wie auch die Bevölkerung von St. Gallen zu unserem ersten Eco Ost St. Gallen Symposium einzuladen. Zusammen mit der IHK St. Gallen-Appenzell, Thurgau und der Universität St. Gallen wollen wir über die Erkenntnisse des diesjährigen Symposiums diskutieren, mit einem besonderen Schwerpunkt auf der Ostschweiz.

Im Fokus der Veranstaltung steht eine öffentliche Podiumsdiskussion zum Thema: Wie gelingt es Unternehmen, kurzfristiges Profitdenken zu überwinden. Anschliessend freuen sich die Referenten, Ihre Fragen zu beantworten. Danach sind alle herzlich eingeladen, die Diskussion am anschliessenden Apéro weiterzuführen.

Singapore Reception

The Singapore Reception focuses on the Leaders of Tomorrow Community. There will be a panel discussion on the new topic “Capital for Purpose” with former Leaders of Tomorrow and a discussion with the participants.

The discussion will mainly highlight the focal point technology since tech companies' influence on society and politics is increasing. As digital gatekeepers, they are able to manage capital to foster innovation and data security - while they profit.

Tokyo Reception

We are delighted to announce our second Tokyo Reception with a focus on the Leaders of Tomorrow Community. There will be a review of the 48th St. Gallen Symposium, where former Leaders of Tomorrow will share their thoughts and experiences of the last Symposium. 

Subsequently, there will be a panel discussion about the new topic "Capital for Purpose" and a discussion with the participants.

  • Kiran Mysore
    He was the head of India Operations at Deloitte Tohmatsu Venture Support (DTVS) Japan. There he connected deep-tech Asian startups with Japanese corporations. Today Kiran is working at UTech a company that is working in the field venture capital investments with the aim to bringing capital, talent and knowledge, around science and technology together.

    Kosuke is a graduate from the Tokyo University. Now he is working as a journalist at the Nikkei Inc.

    Marie is a graduate form the Tokyo University. Today she is a working as a selfemployed consultant manly for ADB.

At the upcoming Symposium, we will debate the topic "Capital for Purpose". In addition to short-term effects, long-term objectives and risks should become part of today's decision making.
