50th St. Gallen Symposium "Freedom Revisited": 7–8 May 2020

Hand-selected talents

The world’s most promising young leaders.

We hand-selected 100 young entrepreneurs, researchers, politicians, and professionals each year to participate in the St. Gallen Symposium as Leaders of Tomorrow and bring their unique perspective to the debates. They are picked due to their outstanding achievements and impact in their respective domains.

Carefully chosen through a rigorous selection process.

The hand-picked candidates show an outstanding merit or academic track record at a young age. The selection is done by the ISC. In our search for the most promising young talents, we are supported by our global network and referrals from the Knowledge Pool Advisory Board. We do not take any applications from candidates.
