Special programme day that focusses entirely on the Leaders of Tomorrow of the St. Gallen Symposium. The Leaders of Tomorrow will present disruptive ideas to solve problems of greater magnitude.

Key corporate partners join the Leaders of Tomorrow to develop the ideas and to come up with tangible concepts.
08:00–09:30 Breakfast All participants gather for breakfast and community building
09:30–10:00 Welcome and Introduction The chairman/chairwomen opens the first symposium day, welcomes all guests and introduces the “Marketplace for disruptive ideas”
10:00–12:00 Market Place for ideas, part I The Leaders of Tomorrow present and work on their disruptive ideas with key representatives of some of the symposium’s most important Main Partners.
12:00–13:00 Lunch Lunch and community building
13:00–15:30 Market place for ideas, part II The Leaders of Tomorrow and the corporate partners continue their work on the ideas and select the 3–5 very best ideas to be presented to a board of senior corporate leaders
16:00–17:15 Auction for ideas – panel discussion on the best ideas of the market place The Leaders of Tomorrow pitch the best ideas to the panel of four senior executives. They comment on the best ideas and judge on creativity and feasibility of the ideas presented.
17:15–17:30 Wrap-up Wednesday  
17:30–22:00 Evening Programme Dining & Music
