Our debates matter.

We live in times where healthy debates driven by tomorrow's generation are needed more than ever.

600 Leaders of Today will join 200 Leaders of Tomorrow to debate «Growth – the good, the bad, and the ugly» from 11–13 May 2016 in St. Gallen, Switzerland.

St. Gallen Symposium

We create debates.

The St. Gallen Symposium is a global gathering of Leaders of Today and Tomorrow that takes place annually in May at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. It is organised by the International Students’ Committee (ISC), a team of students from the university.

Our goal is to provide a setting for relevant debates between Leaders of Today and Tomorrow on topics of management, politics and civil society.

To this end, our student team builds and maintains lasting relationships with hundreds of leaders from around the globe. We do our best to choose the right people for the right topics, and bring them together in an environment that encourages debates, friction and a healthy exchange amongst our participants.

We provide leaders and young talents around the globe with fresh insights into the most relevant issues concerning our world in order to create meaningful change in the lives of key decision makers. We believe in and promote a liberal paradigm.

You're invited to join us.

Future symposia will take place from

  • 46th St. Gallen Symposium: 11–13 May 2016
  • 47th St. Gallen Symposium: 3–5 May 2017
  • 48th St. Gallen Symposium: 2–4 May 2018
  • 49th St. Gallen Symposium: 8–10 May 2019
  • 50th St. Gallen Symposium: 6–8 May 2020

Whether you are a business leader, student or reporter, we travel the world in search of the most relevant speakers and participants to create a symposium worth every minute attended.

We are financed completely privately. See our Circle of Benefactors and contact us if you are interested in joining with your company.

The 45th St. Gallen Symposium took place from 7–8 May 2015 at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.
