Aspiring Leaders

An emerging generation of leaders.

Meet the generation in-between the Leaders of Today and Tomorrow enhancing our intergenerational dialogue: the internationally most aspiring entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, and politicians between the age of 30 and 45. Not only are they impressively successful at their current point of career, but they have the potential to become the world’s most influential leaders and decision makers in the coming years. They are the high potentials in their respective fields or industries, showing impressive track records, exceptional leadership skills, and a hunger to embrace the world with their skills in the years to come.

A bridge between three generations. Precisely chosen.

The Aspiring Leaders build bridges between the Leader of Today and Tomorrow by actively engaging with the symposium community across disciplines and cultures, and by sharing their relevant perspectives to our global initiative. They qualify through recommendations made by the symposium’s partners or through careful selection by the symposium organisers.

Personalities who inspire.
