The 48th St. Gallen Symposium will take a look at the future execution of work, assess the impact as well as new possibilities that come with this change and inspire the participants to think beyond.
St. Gallen Wings of Excellence Award – Essay Competition
Every year since 1989, the St. Gallen Symposium invites students from all fields of studies and corners in the world to share their views on a topic of greater magnitude. In the course of the last 29 years over 28’000 thought-provoking essays from more than 1’000 universities in over 120 countries have been submitted and we were happy to invite the 100 very best contributors of each year’s competition to our forum in Switzerland.
To all former student qualifiers, and with regard to this year’s anniversary, this may be your chance to come back to St. Gallen in 2018: If coming to St. Gallen significantly impacted your life or even the life of others (e.g. through creating businesses, initaitives, or other projects), this is your chance to tell us about it. Or if it is just about valuable encounters you had at the symposium that have changed your life course, let us know as well. Therefore, we would like to collect a broad range of "unrevealed St. Gallen stories" that somehow changed your or the world of others a tiny little bit. Please share your story with us to become part of a unique anniversary project celebrating the 30th edition of our global student essay competition in Switzerland:
